Quotes & payment

All quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Guarantees

Treatment guarantees (where offered) are specified in your service report and require the preparation and hygiene steps advised by our technicians.

Access & preparation

The client is responsible for providing access and completing preparation steps. Repeat visits caused by missed preparation may be charged.

Safety compliance

All products used are approved by the Pest Control Products Board (PCPB) of Kenya and applied per label instructions. Re-entry intervals communicated on site must be observed.

Liability

GradePestControl carries public liability insurance (placeholder — insert policy details). We are not liable for damage arising from undisclosed structural conditions.
